Prominent Judge Hosts TV's First Family Law Talk Show
Justice Harvey Brownstone, Canada's most well-known judge, surprised TV executives last week with the launch of his family law talk show, Family Matters. The show generated a huge buzz last week when the show was announced in an article by Kirk Makin of the Globe and Mail. "TV viewers want and need this kind of information. I created this show to help democratize family law so that everyone would have access to the legal information they need to make good decisions," said Nancy Kinney, executive producer of the show. "We're looking for a permanent home for this already popular and universal show," she added.
